El rostro, de ojos almendrados y barba marcada, se cubre con corona trilobulada y elementos vegetales que refuerzan su iconografía como Cristo Rey. La presencia de esmaltes de colores en la túnica y el cinturón otorgan una dimensión ornamental que enriquece el carácter simbólico del conjunto. The mortar has a truncated conical shape with two side handles and a body profusely decorated with friezes of vegetal scrolls and mythological figures in relief. The piece is accompanied by its original pestle, also in bronze, which underscores its excellent state of preservation.
